"I would like to share the experience I had with this StateFarm location. I called to re-activate a policy on my account and usually when you call other vendors or locations now a days I always feel like they rush you to get you off the phone, but in this particular instance I was attended by Loyda. She was very pleasant, great attitude, and very patient with all my questions. I can not say enough what a difference this makes when I call for information or changes or just answer questions in general. A person will always remember the experience they had and almost always will write to complain, but never take the time when they have a great experience. "I have been a State Farm member for years. I logged into the app recently, which was giving me outdated information about my life insurance policy, making it appear as though it could possibly be in lapse. I spoke with Juliana on the phone. She reassured me that my account was current and emailed me proof in case it’s needed. Juliana’s suggestion to send me proof and her actually doing it was very reassuring to me and gave me peace of mind. Love my State Farm."

"Waiting there 20 mins to get a quote, and at the end I ended up leaving. there were 2 people with one customer, I think you gotta train your personal better so the manager doesn't have to be explaining and doing what the representative should be doing, that way you guys have time to take care of other customers and walk ins."

"Got in an accident early May. Called my agent for a tow and a woman picked up. She said hello, gave me two seconds to respond, and hung up. Called again, different person responded, was told that Towing was an online service. I needed a tow bad, so I had to reluctantly go with the nearest provider who was kind to answer my questions and provide me the service I’m paying StateFarm for. Weeks pass and I call to see if I can get a rental extended. I got redirected to Hertz and StateFarm multiple times, not this location’s fault but I relayed this information to the agent who picked up the call when I called this location. He misunderstood what I was saying and I had to repeat it multiple times. I kept asking to get referred to a specialist regarding my rental. He was declining to do so based off a misconception and I had to reiterate why I was calling as well as why it is I’m looking to speak to the specialist. Eventually, I got the number to my specialist and got my rental extended through that phone call. All I needed was the specialist number. It appears I get better service from online representatives than I do with the actual firm. Very difficult for what could be a simple process. Not the greatest experience with this location."
