"Got in an accident early May. Called my agent for a tow and a woman picked up. She said hello, gave me two seconds to respond, and hung up. Called again, different person responded, was told that Towing was an online service. I needed a tow bad, so I had to reluctantly go with the nearest provider who was kind to answer my questions and provide me the service I’m paying StateFarm for. Weeks pass and I call to see if I can get a rental extended. I got redirected to Hertz and StateFarm multiple times, not this location’s fault but I relayed this information to the agent who picked up the call when I called this location. He misunderstood what I was saying and I had to repeat it multiple times. I kept asking to get referred to a specialist regarding my rental. He was declining to do so based off a misconception and I had to reiterate why I was calling as well as why it is I’m looking to speak to the specialist. Eventually, I got the number to my specialist and got my rental extended through that phone call. All I needed was the specialist number. It appears I get better service from online representatives than I do with the actual firm. Very difficult for what could be a simple process. Not the greatest experience with this location."

"I've been going to this location for the past 10 years they go out of their way to help me pick out the best policies that are suitable for my needs what I love about the most is that they make my problems their priority every single situation did I get into there there helping me out every step of the way I have only been with three other companies and just by being with them for 10 years should give you an idea of how perfect the staff is please come by and ask the staff any questions that you might have I know that they will give you an answer right away perfect place perfect location their hospitality it's next to none other and of course the staff is very gorgeous keep up the Fantastic work that you guys do I highly recommend Mark Hanson and staff State Farm location...."
